This case competition lets you experience what being a VC is all about as you assess real startups, prepare term sheets, and defend your decisions to real VCs. The winning team represents Rotman at the national level!

Interested students must apply in teams of 5. We are looking for diverse teams who can demonstrate an interest in venture capital. If you are an individual looking for a team, we encourage you to fill out your information and reach out to others on this spreadsheet.

Note: Individuals can only compete in the VCIC once, but you are welcome to again next year if your team is not selected to compete this year.

Please include the following in your email application:

• 1 page with the bios of each team member - Up to 200 words total

• 1 page describing how you assembled your team, why you want to compete in the VCIC, and how you are preparing for it - Up to 200 words total

• ZIP folder with team resumes (Optional)

Selected teams are expected to have at least one member attend the VCIC Kickoff on November 12, 2018. The VCIC is a full day commitment for the whole team on November 17, 2018.

This event is free for REVCA members and costs $20 for non-members. Applications will be accepted up until 11:59 PM on October 31, 2018. Teams will be selected by 11:59 PM on November 3, 2018. Good luck!
